First of all as a travel agent i came down for business alot in Atlanta and online found this hotel. First of all i was a late arrival and i called them and they held the reservation for since i was driving from va. I forgot my essentials they help me with deodorant toothpaste toothbrush shaving cream and razors and dove soap and comb. Hotel is clean beds comfortable and the breakfast is bomb delicious. They are kind helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious with 24 hour tea and coffee. Plenty of free parking. The prices are reasonable for Atlanta and door dash is alkowed to deliver to your room. Kudos to thier staff. Thank you so much!!!!

The staff could not have been more accomodating. Start to finish. Beginning with JoAnn the General Manager who greeted us at check-in. She was personable, quick, and helpful. The entire hotel was spotless. The bed...oh my. So comfortable, no pressure points, bedding was cozy. Wished I could have slept in. No noise from the other rooms, soundproof., the thermostat regulator was spot on. King room had a sofa bed as well Breakfast was varied, cold cereal, pancake maker, yogurt, fruit, bagels, eggs, sausage, sweet treats, juice, coffee, tea. Attendants kept it clean and well stocked, very attentive and efficient. Close to the highway, convenient. Highly recommend.

Nasty Brown Water while taking a shower

Had nasty brown water coming out of the shower head while taking a shower. I had to rinse off with a bottle of water. There was zero warning or notice from the hotel management that there might be contaminated water following plumbing work the day before. The manager showed no remorse after I reported and showed a video of the brown water running for 20 min. As an IHG member I was offered a paltry 300 points (a free night is at least 10,000 points). Stay away from this hotel- it does not deserve the IHG brand.

Great Hotel In A Not Great Area

Everything within the boundaries of the hotel was good. I especially appreciated finding bacon and full-sized omelets at the included breakfast. And I appreciated not finding a "your a bad person if you don't leave a tip" envelope on the dresser in my room. An odd thing about my room: every vertical light switch was down for ON, up for OFF. After dark, I decided to take a short walk to buy a soda at the nearby BP convenience store. While crossing the bridge, a guy walking the other way smelled strongly of pot. As I got nearer the gas station, a carload of guys started yelling stuff at me. I changed course and headed to McDonald's instead. The McDoubles I got didn't taste quite right. It was a relief to get back to the hotel and my room.

I witnessed Staff put guest who call in on speaker!!! You can hear people's names, room number, and confirmation numbers out loud. It didn't matter that people are in the lobby. That is definitely not ok. Safty should come 1st. A man came in asking if a specific person was still renting a room. And the staff told them. While other people were around. Information should be kept safe. I thought it was illegal to share information. Where's the privacy at this hotel? And cleaning needs a little help!!!
